WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We usually ship your orders the next day after you pay. Then you start counting the transit days after that. It is expected that you receive your package within 1-2 working days for Metro Manila and 2-4 working days for provincial residents. For international, it depends on your country but it usually takes 2-4 weeks. Working days meaning Sundays and holidays are not included. 

For COD 

1-2 transit days Metro Manila after ship-out

2-4 transit days Provincial after ship-out

LBC fast shipping

WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?

We use Ninja Van for normal delivery house addresses for both Philippines and international.

Fastrack if you want your package to be picked up at any LBC branch or pay 170 for direct LBC shipping.

We also accept Cash-On-Delivery for Metro Manila residents & Selected provinces. 

 

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

P 120 for Cash on Delivery

P 100 for Regular Delivery

P 170 for LBC fast shipping

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can start tracking your order after 1-2days after we ship your items. Some people get it even before they could track it especially for Metro Manila residents. You just input the tracking number on the website of the courier you used for you to track it. We will send the details after you have made your payment. Paymnt confirmation is within 24hours.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you want to make changes or a cancellation, please contact us immediately. Since we use offline payment methods, you have enough time to think about it and have us informed. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS? 

We use offline payment methods specifically Banco De Oro, LBC, Cebuana and Paypal. Please click here to see our details. You will also get our information when we confirm your order within 24 hours thru email and text msg. For international orders, you can only pay thru Paypal and we will contact you via email. 

 

HOW DO WE PAY?

Since we use offline payment methods, you are given 3 DAYS to pay for your orders. If you wish to extend, please let us know. Keep the receipt, then take a picture of it and send it to our email paid.fudgerockph@gmail.com titled "YOUR NAME PAYMENT". Please use the email you placed in your order form. Failure to do so might cause delays.

 

I SAW SOMETHING IN YOUR STORE/INSTAGRAM! BUT IT'S NOT ON THE WEBSITE?

Unfortunately, we can't add all the items we have on the website due to limited stocks. We prioritize our stores first so we only have a selected items up on the site. If it's not here, you have to wait for a couple of weeks before we can restock. There is no sure date. If you really wish to order, you can email us and we can get it in stores for you if they do have stocks. 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Contact us as soon as possible. Sadly, delays happen for a number of reasons and we can't do anything about it if it's the courier's fault. We are not directly in partner with them so we also have to wait for 1-2 days for them to reply. All packages are insured so you don't have to worry! If there is a problem with the size, you can have it exchanged for the same item or another with the same value. Another shipping fee will occur and we will only ship once we receive the returned item.

 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDERS RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

We only accept exchange of items of the same value. We reship after we receive the previous one and another shipping fee will occur. 

 

CAN WE PICK IT UP AT ANY OF YOUR BRANCHES?

Yes. There will be no shipping fee required but you have to wait for it to be delivered. It might take a week or so. Please email us if you would want to do this. 

 

CAN WE MAKE RESERVATIONS IN YOUR STORES?
